We Do This All Day & It's Stealing Our Joy

Comparison Is Thief of Joy
Just as we can become habitually happy, we too can become habitually un-happy.

The thing about changing our habits is, we can't just quit a habit. If you want to quit smoking, you'll have to replace that disempowering habit with an empowering habit. Same goes for this nasty little habit, which robs us of our joy.

Think of ways that you can trade your disempowering habits with more empowering ones, practise every day, and be kind and supportive while you make the adjustments.

You wouldn't tell baby to quit after many failed attempts at learning to walk, so why be so hard on yourself when you're learning something new?

Check out this week's video on what exactly is stealing our joy:

Remember, no one CAN compare to you. You are you and that is your superpower. So stop wasting precious energy comparing your apples to their oranges. Comparison is the thief of joy, so if you're feeling a little low on joy, you know where to find it.

Sending love, light, and no comparisons,
-L.K.
