Sugar Addicts Anonymous: How to Stop Sugar Addiction

Are you a sugar addict?
Do you struggle stopping once you get started on the sweet stuff?
Are you sick of self-sabotaging your diets with your crazy sugar cravings?
Me too.

My name is L.K. Elliott, and I'm 5 weeks "sugar sober".

I've been there.  I've had full on dreams of eating my way out of an all you can eat donut buffet.  I've eaten goodies in secret.  I've cried over the power Peanut Butter has over me.  I've probably gone further than most in my sugar addiction.

Growing up hearing the words "Ice Cream Fixes Everything" started my journey of co-dependency on sugar, and it's been a rocky road (pun intended!) ever since.

As a past fitness competitor/model, I've done my fair share of dieting, and I've stayed away from sugar for months and months at a time.  Only to feel deprived, and inevitably come running back to it with a fierce intensity whenever I had the chance.  Yo-yo dieting at its finest.

If this sounds like you, I think my latest video blog might just hit the spot!

Take control of your sugar cravings, and feel the freedom from the compulsive nature of sugar dependency!  Also, keep your eyes and ears peeled for Part II of this blog, where I reveal "The 'Hyp' Way I Quit Sugar"

Sending you strength, balance, and peace of mind for your journey,
-L.K.
