The Simple Way to Transform Your Life

I've been busy whipping up one hell of an online course for your beautiful souls, so I've been falling a little behind on the blogging. {sorry!}

This course is going to create a radical shift in your life, and help teach you how to bring an unshakeable happiness into your life.

But this is a big task, and sometimes huge change can be a little freaky.

So I wanted to share this video with you. It's a little vintage, but the message is still golden.

Changing any area of your life can be as simple or as complicated as you choose for it to be.

For me, I like to focus on this simple concept: one day at a time.

Somedays when the shift seems too much, I will focus on one hour at a time, or even one minute at a time, if need be.

It's all about those small "right" actions that will take you towards the life of your dreams. Bruce Lee said "long-term consistency trumps short-term consistency" so we've got to begin our transformation with tiny adjustments. Things that are sustainable for as long as it takes to achieve the goal.

​This is why fad diets don't work. Not sustainable.

So pick one little action you can take today that will bring you closer to your goal, and do it every damn day. And in time, when that little action is second nature, add another, and another and another. 

Eventually, your habits will have changed so drastically over x amount of time, that it is inevitable that your life will follow suit and transform for the better too!
